This Font License EULA (the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Yukita Creative for the use of fonts (“Font” or “Fonts”) from Yukita Creative. By using or installing the Font, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. Definitions
1.1 “Personal Projects” refers to non-commercial projects used for personal purposes only.
1.2 “Commercial Projects” refers to projects that generate income or are intended for commercial use.
1.3 “End Product” refers to any product created by you using the Font.

3. General Use Restrictions
3.1 You may not distribute the Font software to third parties.
3.2 You may not modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the Font without written permission from Yukita Creative.
3.3 You may not embed the Font in software or hardware products without a proper license.
3.4 You may not use the Font in any manner that is prohibited by this Agreement.
4. Termination
Yukita Creative reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Font and destroy all copies, including backups.
5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Font is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. Yukita Creative shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Font.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Yukita Creative is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
